Operation Christmas Child – 60 boxes for children in Eastern Europe
There was a very generous response to this appeal with 60 shoeboxes filled with presents on their way to less fortunate children in Eastern Europe. Well done and thank you to all who participated and to the co-ordinator Ms. Finn.
Clothing
With the arrival of winter children should wear a coat at lunchtime and also have an old tracksuit bottoms to wear over their uniform when playing on the field. A spare pair of socks is also useful on days that the grass is wet.

We are participating in the Christmas Cards for Schools project again this year. Each child has designed a unique Christmas card and a sample of it will be sent home along with an order form shortly. The cards will come in packs of 12 with envelopes. Each pack will cost €7. Please note that your participation in this project is optional. Any money raised will go to school funds.
